Vedikroots Ayurveda Pvt Ltd. Processes the refunds in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
The product should be unused and should be sent back along with the original box, invoice, and a copy of the return authorization email.
NO Refund will be made, for goods bought through special offers.
Note:
Vedikroots Ayurveda Pvt. Ltd. will make refund cheques only in the registered name of the customer.
Cancellation Policy
You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of purchase. To proceed, kindly
get in touch with us at info@vedikroot.com. The cancellation process will be completed within a
24-hour window, and you will receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Please note that we can only cancel orders that have not yet been prepared for shipping. If the
order has been packaged or dispatched by us, we will not be able to process your cancellation
request
