I am going to an Ayurvedic dr and he prescribed an herb regimen for me. This is one of them. I take one every morning with breakfast. I feel amazing on all of the herbs I am on. It seems to Improve my energy levels/digestion and decreases body pains and helping with elimination. I read some articles that state that Guduchi is a powerful antioxidant.

Best Product. My father is suffering from chronic leukemia and his WBCs were going up and up, but he is still in stage 0 of his cancer, so we couldn't go through any chemo.
